Q. Who owns the Data collected? 

A. Upon payment in full, client owns the data collected. 

Q. How do I pay my pilot?

A. Payment is made through our platform. Once the pilot you hire has completed your job, they will mark it complete and an invoice is sent to you. You'll have two days to review the work before payment is automatically made using the debit/credit card on file.

Q. Is my payment information secure?

A. Security is one of our biggest considerations. We do not store any payment information on our servers and all processed payments are stored by our payment provider.

Q. How soon can I receive service? 

A. We fly as weather permits, pilot availability, site availability, and airspace restrictions. 

Q. How do I access my data? 

A. Data is sent via secure, password protected files.

Q. Are your pilots legal and licensed?

A. We manually review every pilot before approving their profile to ensure they have obtained the current drone license(s) required to legally operate a drone for commercial purposes. All pilots complete a thorough background check. In addition, some services provided by our pilots require additional license, such as land surveying.
